Rates/Tariffs
All tariffs are quoted in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST. Tariffs are per night per suite (La Perouse Suite 1 can be set as a King or two singles) and include breakfast served on your private verndah or in our cafe.
Number of Guests
Each suite accommodates a maximum of two adults.
All suites have been designed for the enjoyment of adults only and are unsuitable for children.
Deposits & Full Payments
A deposit of 50% of total accommodation charge is to be paid immediately by credit card to secure a booking. Balance is due 14 days prior to your stay. If the booking is made 14 days or less than the arrival date then the full payment for the booking is to be paid immediately.

Cancellation & Refunds
Standard industry cancellation fees apply as follows: Cancellations notified 7-30 days prior to arrival forfeit the full deposit of 50% of the total tariff unless the property is re-rented. Cancellations notified 7 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit 100% of the total tariff. A cancellation fee of $50 applies to all cancellations.
Minimum Night Bookings
A minimum of 2 nights applies on weekends and long weekends if Saturday night is included. However, Saturday night only bookings will be taken when the Friday and Sunday nights have been booked as a single night by another guest(s). A minimum of 2 nights (or more) may also apply on other public holidays or during the period from Christmas Day through to Australia Day and the Easter holiday period.

Terms and Conditions
The number of guests staying in each suite must not exceed 2. La Perouse is not suitable for children. Strictly N0 pets allowed. Guests are required to be considerate of other guests staying at La Perouse.
Breakages and Losses
You are responsible for leaving the suite in the state in which you found it on arrival. All breakages or losses must be reported immediately to us. The cost of making good any damage or loss to the property (other than normal wear and tear), or its contents, will be charged for using the credit card provided.
Disclaimer The owners of the La Perouse are not liable for loss to you of any personal belongings while you are in the property. You are strongly advised to arrange comprehensive travel insurance to include cancellation insurance and personal belongings since these items are not covered by the owners' insurance. The owners shall not be liable to the client: * for any temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of public services to the property for reasons beyond our control. * for any loss, damage or injury which is the result of adverse weather conditions, riot, strikes, or other matters beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
The liability of the owners shall be limited to the amount of any rentals and deposits paid. In no event shall the owners be liable for consequential damages.
